the right to add or withdraw items from our range without notice.

are the sole property of Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk. No materials from this site

transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without
Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk's prior written permission. All rights not expressly
granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials
appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other
applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil action.
Acceptance of Orders
Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk reserves the right, without prior notification, to
refuse service to any customer or to require verification of information
prior to the acceptance of any order. In the event of a product
being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or
error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product
listed at the incorrect price. Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has
been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If payment
has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled
Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk shall immediately credit the amount of the incorrect
price.
Availability
All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the
order price by us. Despatch times may vary according to availability
and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery
times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are
not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal
delays or force majeure. Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk are absolutely entitled to
refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will
inform you by emailing you or else by calling you.

Variation of content
Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk shall have the right in its absolute discretion at
any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any of the
content supplied in connection with the Service or which appears
on any page of the Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk Web site.
Product Descriptions
Description of goods are those commonly used in the trade and
unless otherwise stated refer to imitation products only. All
our jewellery is normally non-reactive.
Product Returns
We are unable to accept any returns on pierce earrings for hygiene purposes other than defective or damaged goods. If pierced earrings are contained within a set, then the set also cannot be returned.
We are unable to refund the costs of postage and packing, as this is a fixed cost to us which is paid to Royal Mail.
Product Delivery
If the customer provides us with an incorrect or incomplete
address, or postcode the Royal Mail will probably not be able to
deliver the parcel. If this occurs the parcel is usually returned
to the sender i.e. Bridal-Jewellery.
If we were provided an incomplete or incorrect address, it will
be up to the customer to pay another postal charge to enable us
to re-send the delivery. We will only resend the delivery once the
original parcel has been returned to us undamaged.
If at this point the customer decides to not carry on with the order,
they will be refunded the cost of the items but NOT the postage
costs, that is once the original parcel has been returned to us
undamaged.
Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk cannot be held liable for any delivery delays
resulting from Royal Mail industrial action, i.e. a strike.
Free Standard Delivery is available on all UK orders only.
Termination
Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk may at any time terminate or suspend any part of the
Service without notice to you.
Entire agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the
parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous
agreements between you and Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk. Any waiver of any provision
of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and
signed by a Director of Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk.
