Delivery Terms within UK
Our jewellery is supplied direct from stock.
All UK ordersare posted via Royal Mail. The Tracked 24 service is a next day delivery service,
and will need to be signed for upon receipt.
There is only one delivery cost for any number of items per order.

We aim to dispatch the order within three working days. We will advise you if there will be an extended delivery date.
All ordered jewellery is delivered
in a Bridal-Jewellery presentation box.
We will send an e-mail to the address you submitted to inform you of the dispatch of your goods together with your unique tracking identifier that can be used at www.royalmail.com in order to track your order through the UK postal system.
If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will
e-mail you to advise you of this and if there is a delay ask if
you wish to continue with the transaction and offer you the opportunity
to cancel the order, please see availability

If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch of
goods you can be certain they are in transit.
If you have not received the goods within 7 days you should contact
us.
Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will
take the form of replacement or refund. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
