Delivery Terms within UK
Most of our jewellery is supplied direct from stock and will be
delivered 1st class.
All UK orders can either be posted using Royal Mail Special
Delivery which is a next day delivery service, or Recorded Signed For, all orders are insured
and will need to be signed for upon receipt.
There is only one delivery cost for any number of items per order.

Delivery Terms within Southern Ireland
Most of our jewellery is supplied direct from stock and will be
delivered 1st class.
All orders for Southern Ireland are posted
using Royal Mail's Swift Air service, orders are insured and will
need to be signed for upon receipt.

We aim to dispatch the order within three working days. We will
advise you if there will be an extended delivery date.
As we are a retail shop, we do not open on a Monday, so any orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Monday will not be dispatched until Tuesday.

in a Bridal-Jewellery presentation box.
We will send an e-mail to the address you submitted to inform
you of the dispatch of your goods together with your unique
tracking identifier that can be used at www.royalmail.com
in order to track your order through the UK postal system. |

If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will
e-mail you to advise you of this and if there is a delay ask if
you wish to continue with the transaction and offer you the opportunity
to cancel the order, please see availability

If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch of
goods you can be certain they are in transit.
If you have not received the goods within 7 days you should contact
us.
Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will
take the form of replacement or refund. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
